Privacy policy
When a corporate client subscribes to OGI-TM we take company details to process, validate and verify their individual staff subscriptions. If you are the contact at a client company, we will record your name and office contact details for the purposes of maintaining the subscription.
When online, individual users register to access the site, receive email alerts and RSS feeds. We record the user's name and email address for the purpose of client validation and delivering emails.
The OGI-TM server automatically collects IP addresses and website usage information from your computer when you are signed in. This information shows us how the site is used by our clients and assists TRLtd to enhance the service we provide.
TRLtd distributes information to registered email addresses to inform them of changes and improvements and other significant news about the OGI-TM service we provide.
Please note that any information you provide will be used only by TRLtd and we will not, under any circumstances supply subscriber details to any third parties, unless we are obliged by the Law of England and Wales to disclose information.
We may update this policy occasionally; any changes will be displayed on this page.
Cookies
Whenever users log onto OGI-TM the site downloads a user session cookie to your computer that expires when you navigate away from the site or close the browser.
